Welcome to HansenAstro!  I'm your hostess, Steph.  This site is intended to host information relating to my amateur astronomy pursuits -- which may include astrophotography some day as well. It's still a work in progress (aren't all websites?) but I'm managing to get some bits and pieces of information on here.

Up at the top of each page are navigation buttons to get around the pages currently on the site. "History" tells of how I got into the hobby. "Equipment" gives you a peek into the telescopes I'm currently using. "Observing" regales you of tales of observing, such as my first Messier Marathon in March 2006, and stories of star parties I've attended including photos (still only the Texas Star Party in 2006 so far). "Links" is pretty self-explanatory. And feel free to email me if you have any comments or questions!
